My Story
Welcome to Sims Zumba, where we dance our way to a healthier lifestyle! My name is Simone Dungar-Holden, and I have been a Zumba, Zumba Gold, Dance Fitness and CIRCL instructor for a number years. I started this business to share my love for Zumba with others and help them achieve their fitness goals, have fun and escape the world!
I believe that fitness should be fun, and that's why each of my classes feels like a party! From the upbeat music to the energetic dance moves, you will leave each class feeling energized and empowered.
At Sims Zumba, we are dedicated to providing a safe and inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced dancer, our classes are designed to challenge you and help you reach your full potential.
Whatever your age, ability or experience all are welcome (The whole class is adapted to all abilities)
I grew up in Spain from the age of 2, until moving to central Latin America when I was 9 for the next 10 years until returned to the UK.
Zumba isn't an addition to my character: the music, dances sounds and rhythms are part of my life and personality.
My Vision
My vision at Sims Zumba is to spread joy through dance. I believe that fitness should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their age, shape, or size. My approach is to create a supportive community where everyone feels empowered.
I strive to make each class a positive and uplifting experience. We focus on building strength, endurance, and flexibility, while also improving coordination and balance. My goal is to help you achieve a healthy and balanced lifestyle, both physically and mentally.
